Hi Gabe.

Thanks so much for your advice. I intend to purchase a set of these Shoks
open bone conductive headphones this week, but as far as the Rotor, is
concerned, I find the Rotor is a difficult method to get into these settings.

I placed two fingertips next to each other and turned an imagined nob.

I did not hear anything that sounded like “Volume” What I hear is:

Charicters, words, speaking rate, containers and Headings..

Can you explaine how one gets into the Roter and it’s settings please.

Thank you very much.

Best wishes,

Andy Logue.

Hello,

First, I always like Shokz or some other kind of open ear headphones for the
reasons listed.

As for your VoiceOver volume, do you have the volume set in your rotor? If so,
it sounds like maybe that has gotten turned down. If not, you may want to try
going to the rotor settings under VoiceOver and add it. Then, just rotor until
you hear volume and flick up to increase it. Every flick up will increase by 5
and every flick down will decrease by 5.

Hi Bradford.

Thanks for your suggestion that I try Shoks bone conductive headphones.
Michael from this list also suggested after shoks so I’ll get a set of these.
Perhaps they will work grate. By the way my phone is an Iphone 16 as you
suggested.

Thanks again.

Very best wishes.

Andy Logue.

First of all, there's no such thing as an iPhone 15 E.

Secondly, I would suggest you look into using some form of a Bluetooth
headset/open ear headphones. This can help you hear your iPhone when you're in
a noisy environment.

Aftershocks may be a good choice. They will allow you to hear your iPhone,
while not obstructing your ears. There are various models that are worth
looking into.

Others may have other suggestions.

Hi all.

I can hardly hear my wife’s voice on a test call within our house and have been
advised that the volume on the left side of the phone is at full volume.

I’m very concerned that I may be unable to use my phone out of doors in traffic
or in a bar..

Is there perhaps a second volume within settings, for example and also can I
set my phone up always use the loud speaker?

I am going with a friend into Glasgow in a few days to the apple store to see
if they can help.

Anyone got any suggestions for me please, I have the 15 e.

Thanks.

Very best wishes.

Andy Logue.
