Hi all.
I can hardly hear my wife's voice on a test call within our house and have been advised that the volume on the left side of the phone is at full volume. I'm very concerned that I may be unable to use my phone out of doors in traffic or in a bar.. Is there perhaps a second volume within settings, for example and also can I set my phone up always use the loud speaker? I am going with a friend into Glasgow in a few days to the apple store to see if they can help. Anyone got any suggestions for me please, I have the 15 e. Thanks. Very best wishes.
