Thanks for your suggestion that I try Shoks bone conductive headphones. Michael from this list also suggested after shoks so I’ll get a set of these. Perhaps they will work grate. Secondly, I would suggest you look into using some form of a Bluetooth headset/open ear headphones. This can help you hear your iPhone when you're in a noisy environment.
