First of all, there's no such thing as an iPhone 15 E. Secondly, I would suggest you look into using some form of a Bluetooth headset/open ear headphones. This can help you hear your iPhone when you're in a noisy environment. Aftershocks may be a good choice. They will allow you to hear your iPhone, while not obstructing your ears. There are various models that are worth looking into.
