Last time I saw a comparison between Windows and Mac the comparison was screwed 
in a very bias way, the presenters had no idea of how to navigate the Mac, what 
shortcuts could be used and so on so it wasn't so much as a comparison of 
Windows and Mac, more of a Windows is better than Mac because I know how to use 
it <smile>.

And I'd add, ask questions and don't be afraid to ask them as there are many 
ways to do many tasks with the Mac as their are with Windows.
