Unfortunately, I'm still coming up empty. Even when I've marked the boxes and chosen your ccontact "@" is available, the person's name is not spoken. All it says is "came online.". Would really like to hear the person's as they come and go. I'm kevjazz on Skype if you're willing to help. Thanks, Kevin
