For everyone's information, Colin and I just had a long Skype chat during which we tried absolutely everything we can think of. However, All I ever get when a Skype contact comes on or off line is that someone came on or offline. In no case is the name ever spoken. I have to go through the online contact list to determine what's different. I'm not really interested in uninstalling and reinstalling Skype. so, if I'm S O L, I'll just have to accept that. However, if any of you brave souls out there have any further thoughts, I'd be grateful for any suggestions. Best, Kevin
