Vo semicolon means that any key on the keyboard is a VO key if it has an 
assignment beforehand, so be careful to remember that you locked it and unlock 
it (VO semicolon again) before typing an essay or something...

to adjust the speed rate, punctuation, capitalization intonation, etc., hold 
down VO and the command keys and use left and right arrow to find the setting 
you with to adjust, and up or down arrow to adjust it.  It's that easy.
