well, I just installed this lion update on my external drive, and it doesn't 
seem to resolve any of the issues I was
experiencing with lion. The com.apple.doc.extra thing is still there, and if 
possible, midi playback sounds even worse than
it did with the original release of lion. I'll definitely be sticking with snow 
leopard for the forseeable future, but will
continue to install lion updates onto my external drive so I'll be able to test 
it periodically and see if anything has been
fixed.
Thanks for letting us know the update was released, and here's to hoping that 
the next update actually has noticeable
improvements.

My guess is that all fixes are  not listed. Don't give up and retest any issues
