Hi, Paul,

With Facebook, I do a lot of VO-f keypresses to find things like "friends" or 
"what's on your mind?" Also I use VO-command-j to find form fields, 
VO-command-H to find headings, and VO-command-l to find links. To get past all 
the top stories, I go past the search form field with a bunch of VO-command-J's 
and then press VO-command-H to find the first story in the most recent category.
