Mine doesn't do that, I VO shift down arrow and when it says interacting with 
headers, I right arrow and it says hide.  I VO left arrow and it gives the name 
of the person again, but when I do the VO shift M it does nothing most of the 
time, but when it get a whim, sometimes, it will give me the menu.

Am I still doing something wrong?
