Hi, This is a pretty basic question but, I don't think I've seen it asked in this thread, have you tried turning up the volume? Pressing f12 or, Function F12 will raise the volume. I notices that the headphone and internal speaker volumes are independent. I guess it might be possible one or the other got turned down? I know, its a wild shot but, stranger things have happened.
