Hi,

Google Drive works perfectly for me under ML.  That message is telling you that 
the Google Drive folder, which needs to be located in the root level of your 
Home Directory, is not where it's supposed to be.  Try going in your Menu 
Extras, under Preferences and Signing out.  Run Google Drive again from the 
Applications menu and see what happens.
