The alert letting you know that this is an audio game, etc, only appears the first time you launch the game.
it is possible that VoiceOver did not correctly put focus on the initial dialog box. If this is the case, one of the following may fix the problem for you: • Command-tab into the ChangeReaction app • Use VO-F1 twice to bring up the list of apps, and choose the alert dialog window from the ChangeReaction app • If the ChangeReaction app itself has focus, use VO-F2 twice to bring up the list of menus and choose the dialog box window, which is called "Open Your Ears". Applications are tested very rigorously by Apple, and they will not accept non-working apps into the App Store. The "Learn to Play" option from the main menu will teach you how to play the currently selected game. We recommend that if you are not already familiar with ChangeReaction from the Windows days, and it is probably a good idea even if you are.
