I think point 2 should stay. It is not device-specific, but rather a general point that many accessibility features have to be downloaded separately on Android in general. There is no way to say that without people knowing you are talking about using Android devices. Perhaps the bit about not knowing why anyone would choose android should be removed, but other than that I see where the OP is coming from.
