Dear Esther and others,

I would like to thank all of you for your assistance. I will make sure that
the appropriate manual is once again a part of my iPhone.

I would also like to thank you, Esther, for drawing my attention to John
Panarese's offerings.

Like a lot of people, I genuinely wish that all of these documents were
available in formats such as RTF. I prefer studying and using Braille on my
Apex and then carrying out what I learn on my iOS device. Am I showing my age?
:-)

At any rate, my sincerest gratitude to all of you who helped me.

Mike
