It would help to kno who your provider is.  Also, if you can, exchange the 
router/modem combo, to just a modem, that way all you have to do is plug the 
modem from your ISP to your extreme

Talking to our internet provider about the extreme wouldn't be helpful, as they 
 don't like people using other devices, even though you can do this.
