If that's the case, how do I add a formula to a cell but keep the cell label?

For the second part, what I want is for each row of column 14 to be 
automatically filled in using the values of three other columns in that row. 
Specifying, say, g2+h2 will not work for l3, I'd need g3+h3. There has to be a 
way to generalize this for a whole column...
