Hey John,

Back on the phone with AT&T. Not sure how this stuff always happens to me. The 
first guy at AT&T claimed you need to open the iPhone to get to the SIM card so 
the phone can be activated. I said to him, don't they list all that info in the 
settings and he said no. I knew he was wrong. So I am now on the phone with 
AT&T again and now I can make calls, but I can't receive them, and they have no 
clue what is wrong, very bizarre. In the future I am definitely going in store 
to buy the phone. Oh and did I mention when Apple shipped it they left my 
apartment number off the shipping label so I had to go to UPS to get the phone 
as they aren't allowed to make a correction to the address, and yes, I looked 
at my original order placement and sure enough the apartment number was there, 
total nightmare experience.
