Funny thing about this is that in my Voice OVer preferences, I do have the 
keyboard focused item as the default choice, and yet, when ever I check for 
updates to the OS, always, I get focused on the tool bar.

Also, the search on the app store seems to not be focused on right away and so 
you need to direct it there.  This something anybody else noticed?
