My focus is already set to that. I've seen this once before, but have no idea 
how I got rid of it. I could disable the toolbar, of course, but I'd rather 
not. Usually, if nothing else, it holds a search field. Besides, would that 
really help, or would vo just pick another random spot on which to set focus? 
I've restarted a couple times, and also just restarted vo itself, but nothing.
