The attached patch reverts ah_osdep.h to the state it was in previous
snapshots,
so as to restore working status in linux-ppc (PMAC). The "#undef printf"
line before
including linux/pci.h is to avoid the line
net80211/ieee80211_linux.h:#define printf(...) printk(__VA_ARGS__)
breaking compile for 2.6.16 kernels.
