Please avoid posting so long logs. Only data specific to the Atheros
hardware is needed (iwconfig and ifconfig output for ath0 only, kernel
messages only from MadWifi modules, lspci output for the Atheros device).
It looks to me that the signal is very low for some reason - either the AP
is very far away, or some antenna is disconnected. Yet the card is
associated to the AP. The high "Rx invalid nwid" may indicate that there
is another AP nearby.
