Sorry - I also forgot to mention that rebasing also seems to have lost the 
incredibly useful dedicated mode where e.g. I could re-order commits via 
`M-n', `M-p', squash via `s', fixup via `f' etc.  Is this part of the same 
change?  How can I get this functionality back?  Thanks!
