I just tried to fire up M on my Linux machine for the first time.
After the license dialog box where I have to hit "ACCEPT" I get a small gray
rectangle with no text flashing across the screen then a large box that says
"Fatal Application Error". Not all that helpful for trying to run it for the
very first time. :-(
I'm running Mandrake 8.1. wxWindows is from CVS on Sunday built per the M
instructions. I'm using GTK 1.2.10, and M is from CVS from yesterday.
Can some one point me in a direction please to get this to work?
Also in a separate build directory I tried to use "--with-python" when
configuring and the build would fail saying that MailFolder.i had syntax
errors in line 10 and a bunch of other lines. That help any thing to explain
the problem?
