Since I am not a Mahogany programmer (not even close) I'll let someone else (most likely Vadim or Nerijus) handle the technical issues. The answer I got is that Python doesn't do much useful yet in Mahogany; if it causes trouble don't include it. :-) FWIW, I also had a bit of trouble with the PalmOS conduit option. You might want to leave that one disabled for now, too.
