 It is simple to add a new command doing this, of course, but the real
question is where would it fit in the UI. We already have an overloaded
"Message|Reply" menu, do we really want to add a new command there?

 Or maybe we should have "start a new thread" checkbox in the composer?
Actually, I like this idea, but where should we put it? I'd like to avoid
yet another composer redesign but I hardly see how can we fit the PGP
controls (for encrypting the messages), the spell checker controls and
things like this in the existing window...
