Yes, this is a bug I'm fixing right now.

I'd have gone with the toolbar suggestion if I thought this box were not
important but it is, at least for me personally. I use several identities
(wxWidgets one, my personal one, my professional one, ...) and I really,
really don't want to have to abandon composing the message which I already
started if I hadn't thought to do it from a folder with the correct option.

In fact, this user name should really be part of the identity probably...
But until then I need to have it accessible in some way.

Consider also that we'd need to have "encrypt" checkbox (and any
additional options for the encryption -- are there any?) somewhere too.
So while I do agree that this one takes too much space, it wouldn't be that
bad later.

OTOH I just had another idea: what about putting the checkbox, or a toggle
button -- if anybody can find a decent icon for "sign" action -- near the
"From" field? This would be a logical place for it. But of course this
wouldn't work if the "From" field is not shown at all :-(

So I still don't see what would be the best UI solution here. BTW, I also
think that the current "message body" and "attachment" pages are pretty bad
and the "Wrap" buttons take too much space as well. I'd probably like to
have the message body window on its own (i.e. not inside any notebook) and
combine attachments and PGP controls in some kind of window below it. What
do you think?

I'd appreciate any opinions/ideas about this, TIA!
