 It's an option so it can be disabled.

Notice that I also moved the subject field down as, as was requested here
some time ago, it's better to enter the recipients first and subject later.

 I definitely need a better "sign with PGP" icon though. This one (in the
upper right corner) is neither beautiful nor clear.
