It looks good. A tooltip for textbox saying 'Alternative digital
signature ID.' or 'Alternative user ID for digial signature.' or
similar might be handy (maybe it is there already :-)). A label before
it would be better but it has to be shorter text which I can't figure
out right now.

Although the possibility to not show the From field is worrying me. In
case that user choose not to show From field, wouldn't be possible to
hide just the 'From:' label and 'From' textbox so PGP controls will
remain visible? (And maybe expand the size of texbox for signature ID
so it will begin in the same place as (currently not displayed) 'From'
textbox.)

It will be too tall i think then. The tabs for the notebook plus space
for the attachment/PGP controls... hmmm. A few months ago you wanted
to adapt the UI for smaller displays. The composer window has too much
controls over and under the editor window already so it might be
a problem for small displays.
