Very good idea.  Can we have a special meeting of the group to discuss
this point.

Installation demo will take about 1 to 3 hours  depending upon the speed

of the system, so we may not be able to discuss anything elese in the
meeting unless we have a very fast one.  Another alternative is to
increase the frequency of the meeting and conduct demos alternate
meetings..
