The general tendency for coaching centres is to offer courses that have a demand in the job market. That is the only way they can survive, because I do not think more than a handful of people go to these institutes purely out of the curiosity to learn. So the demand must come from the industry. Us signing a petition would not champion the cause, as without demand, it will not sustain as a worthwhile business for these coaching centres.
