Header rewriting notwithstanding, I don't understand the mail flow that could
cause this.

[email protected] -> [email protected] accepted and forwarded to -> outlook/hotmail
forwarded back to? -> [email protected], but gmail bounces message to
[email protected] because our DMARC policy says reject if not sent from our
mailserver.

It's only a single gmail recipient and my sender has since connected by phone,
so it's not an urgent issue but I'm curious how this happens in case it pops up
again.

Thanks,
-Terry
