Why not ask them how their email is setup? It's a legitimate question and
they may be experiencing other deliverability issues that they are unaware
of. As Brandon said there could be POP in there. There could even be
fetchmail lurking in there, who knows.

I've given up trying to guess the "innovative" ways some people set up
their mail to match their particular unique use cases!
