All the way back to '95, with those SoundCity guys in Altoona. The wisdom was
received at the local level and they shut down the spewer, but the executives
absolutely forbade stopping all the spam, because EWWTHWYHTS.
Their upstream was able to clarify the issues, but alas times have moved on a
bit.
