I stopped using them around 5 years ago. I had started a couple of years before that, based I think off of your earlier recommendation in a thread on this list, as I was looking for some outside infrastructure (the rest of my stuff being in London, UK) for auth DNS servers and MX. They kept having problems with their IPv6 connectivity. As in, it would cease working entirely or have severe packet loss for several hours at a time and when I would open support tickets about it they gave me the impression that it wasn't much of a priority for them. I appreciate that at their size they probably didn't have a lot of control over their transit choices. Hopefully they have improved that by now. I did not use it for sending email but other than that had no issues so I would believe they are on top of their IP-based reputation.
