I am finding this phenomenon to be completely unpredictable, and the situation (whenever it plays out) being usually temporary. At times, I blame my Internet connection because it is simply that. At other times, I can't seem to work out what's causing the "Still loading..." problems.
But FWIW, I've not had these issues of late, especially after having cleaned out the CSS stylesheet of the older codes that no longer apply. I can't imagine that being the problem, but after reading of a suggestion to get rid of it, things started to fall back into place as they should.
