Personally, I don't see the "Working" and "Still Working" messages often. However, I have experienced the problem Mike described a few times. I am not yet sure it's a Mailplane issue, though. (such things happen in Firefox and Safari too). Keep you observations coming as they may lead to the solution. Thanks!
