Update: I reinstalled the Boomerang plugin so that I could send some delayed emails, and after a little while (not sure how long) I noticed that the Right Inbox links were showing up in the emails again. So, I went back in and uninstalled the Boomerang plugin, and bam: the Right Inbox was gone again. Also, I had installed the Right Inbox plugin on another Gmail account to see if it was the fact that my main account is a Google Apps account, and it was working fine until I uninstalled the Boomerang plugin in my OTHER account. Isn't this really weird?
