It does not help. There is definitely a correlation between unchecking the Boomerang plug-in and the Right Inbox plug-in also being deactivated. If I have Right Inbox (RI) and B (Boomerang) both checked, they both show up fine. If I uncheck B, RI disappears, too. But, after a period of time, it comes back on its own. So, yes, it does appear that it could be a timing issue, but reloading, resetting, quitting, logging out, logging in — none of these — will trigger RI to appear. It seems to just come back on its own, and I don't know how long it generally takes, but it's more than just a couple of minutes, probably at least 10 minutes.
I've been doing this multiple times over the past few days. It happens without fail. I don't normally go between B and RI, so the next time RI comes back, I'm not messing with it anymore, but something is not right here. There! RI just came back for me. Okay, so maybe 10 minutes? Thanks for your response. I don't know if you can recreate the problem yourselves, but I'm okay with it now. As long as I have RI working, I'm not worrying about B any longer. It's just odd that B affects the RI plug-in, especially when people might be wanting to have them both on to compare, and then when B gets turned off, RI disappears, too, it's weird. I've also been in contact with RI, and I will tell them the same thing. Thanks again.
