To Lock down your toolbars in MI 6.0 or any other version.
Put your cursor over the toolbars (doesn't matter which set)
and right click. This will bring up a window titled
"Toolbar Options". Check the "Save as Default" box and hit
OK. Make sure you have your toolbars set before doing this.

I had hoped that one of the many bugs an upgrade would fix, would be the
ability for the user to nail down those blasted, floatable toolbars!
