Greetings Listers,
I'm trying to open a ".gif" file as a raster image. If the ".gif" =
file=20
has only 256 colours (8 bits), MapInfo is not capable to open the raster =
file. The message error is : "Raster engine is unable to recognize image =
file format". Anybody knows if it is possible to open this file ? I =
receive
these files "on the fly" by internet and my application is not capable =
to=20
convert them into 256 bits gif files.
=20
Thanks in advance for any help offered,
Carlos

PS : I send you "test.gif" file in 256 colours ...
