We seem to have a lot of trouble with HewlettPackard HP2500's. not just
with mapinfo either. other HPs are good, the 8000's and the 8550's are fine
but for some reason the 2500 just ceases to function occasionally.

Hi everybody,
I'm looking to upgrade to a colour laser printer in the next few weeks
mainly to produce attractive maps from MapInfo. However I'm concerned that
there seems to be some printers (drivers?) that really don't work properly
with MapInfo - it seems to be a constant source of discussion on the list.
Would anyone care to either recommend or warn me off any particular printer
make/model please? I will sum to try and provide others in the same boat as
myself some guidance.

                                        Thanks,

                                                        Jim
