To whom it may concern:
I was just wondering if anyone knew of an application that is catered to
working with street networks. Currently we have Teranet data that treats
street networks as closed polygons. This is what we want. However, a problem
arises at an intersection of two streets. When the streets intersect there
is another closed polygon created. We only want one closed polygon for the
entire street layer. Instead we have many. How do we rectify this problem?
