We constantly have issues with our HP2500. For instance, the first time you create a layout and send it to print, it comes out monochrome. We've found you have to save the Workspace, close out mapinfo, reopen the wkspce and then print. Sometimes we have to do this a couple of times for it to work. There have been inumerable other problems over the last few years.
