Actually, I figured out the problem, but can't figure out why it happend. I only had one map window open with all the tables on that map when I saved the workspace. However, in viewing the WOR in a text editor, at the end of the WOR it tried to open a second map with only one table on it. Since the application only supports the one map, my app basically dumped the first map created and only put the one table specified in the second map from the WOR file on the application mapspace. Once I deleted the second map from the WOR, everything worked fine. I just don't understand how the second map got in there. Is there a limit to how many layers can be displayed on a single map?
