Lars I have also had several complaints that v7 is much slower to open workspaces than v6. I would be interested if anyone has any further information to understand the problem better.
Recently someone posted a question in regards to increasing the memory MapInfo can access - similar to graphic programs like Corel. Is this possible? Apparently there's some dumb behaviour in v7 when one uses several raster layers, perhaps if these are in different projections.
