To see it, you need the free SVG plugin from Adobe, but that's a snap to install. I've only scratched the surface of SVG, but it looks to have some real potential!
Bill - I notice that you use a compressed SVG file (.SVGZ). What compression algorithm or utility is used to create these? The SVG format is XML (text) and as such results in a much larger file size than the 102K of your NE States example.
