I still think it would be very interesting to know of any licensing restriction accompanying MapInfo fonts. And whether or not this has changed over versions, or whether this is something Adobe introduced in v7 ? Anyone with MapInfo that want to comment on this ?
The used fonts in maps / layouts are a vital part of these, without them the appeareance degrades significantly. And PDF output from MapInfo is not some dubious, shady business by any means, so it's a valid concern that's raised here, imho. Best regards / Med venlig hilsen Lars V.
