Now that we have open this door on the MIF/MID World Domination opportunity
maybe I can get my foot in the door on the "free" MapInfo viewer thing as
well?
Anyone out there interested in building a shareware MIF2TAB.exe?
Heck we might even then use Microsoft's DATAMAP as a viewer? How many
million users? I hear that the mapping technology in EXCEL 2000 will kick
the pants right off the inferior and pending MapPoint?
A cool little zip shareware file off the net that includes the MIF/MID
definition plus a MIF2TAB.exe and instructions on how to use DataMap. I
guess its too much to ask?
